The Association’s highest governing body is its General Assembly. It also has a Board of Directors, elected by the General Assembly and constituted by member companies. Aside from these, the governing bodies currently include the Internationalisation Committee and the Strategy and Communication Committee, both of them likewise made up by company member representatives.

Both the Board of Directors and the Association itself are headed by the Chair, currently held by the company ARCELORMITTAL ESPAÑA, represented by Mr. Víctor Ruiz Piñeiro.
