We launch activities and initiatives that make our members more competitive, innovative and technologically advanced companies. For this purpose, we focuses on our core competence in teamwork launching activities that foster collaboration in the following areas:
We work towards the identification of calls at national and European level, boosting and managing consortiums for implement technological and non-technological project proposals and encouraging the participation of the member companies in R&D projects. We also offer support in communication and dissemination activities of the projects, as well as exploitation of the results mainly at Europe level projects.
The aim of the working groups is to improve the competitive advantage of our members, mainly in terms of sustainability, multimodal logistics, Smart Mobility, eco-design, Industry 4.0, Predictive Maintenance and Security, among others.
We believe that industry and knowledge must work jointly as an engine of innovation and competitiveness. To accomplish this, we promote collaboration between academia and the industry, organising awareness events to boost the connection between the industry and universities and technology centres, as well as technology-based start-ups.
We consider innovation as the key figure to achieve the evolution of the railway sector. In order to ensure strong support for railway R+D at both national and international level, we develop different position papers which aim to achieve the highest level of competitiveness for Spanish companies.
Different workshops and events are organised also in order to promote the networking amongst entities. We also organise technological missions in order to increase the research and innovation collaboration. The technological missions are supported by Spanish entities, giving the opportunity to understand the local ecosystem that supports innovation , have live feedbacks on the Projects/prototype/business plans as well as explore and meet potential partners.
