NEM Solutions offers a vision of intelligent and forward-thinking maintenance engineering.

We allow an interaction between maintainer and railway system, providing the tools for data acquisition as well as its process and diagnosis through predictive maintenance techniques of our own development. At NEM Solutions we have developed our own technology concept whereby we incorporate the most advanced maintenance engineering technology, managing the maintainer knowledge, focusing on optimising their activity, whilst making it more safe, secure and profitable.

Both our structure and technology are flexible, therefore at NEM Solutions we can design and apply solutions that are specific for each client and scenario. These solutions vary from product engineering to the development of intelligent diagnosis software. At NEM Solutions we cover a wide spectrum of activities, from task and asset automated traceability to remote and real time diagnosis of onboard railway systems equipment.

SCLAR: Capture of wheel wear parameters (Fh, Fw & qR) of passing trains. By measuring also the wear patterns and the material flow we recommend actions to optimise the life cycle of the wheel.
LASER PROFILER: Portable laser device for the capture of wheel wear parameters. The Laser Profiler is linked to a PDA via Bluetooth.
WHEEL & RAIL DOCTOR: Wheel surface defects detection of passing vehicles by vibration analysis.
WHEEL & RAIL DOCTOR PLUS: Wheel surface defects detection of passing vehicles by impact load analysis.
HOT AXLE BOX DETECTION SYSTEM: Detection of Hot Axle Boxes, Hot Wheel and Cold Wheels in passing vehicles. Suitable for all types of Rolling Stock.
A.U.R.A. WHEEL: Railway wheel maintenance integrated management tool. Life cycle optimisation.
A.U.R.A. MAINT: In house developed intelligent software that manages the complete maintenance process at an advanced level.
A.U.R.A. TRACE: Advanced management of maintenance tasks. Tracking of tasks and components; modular, expandable and compatible with any CMMS.
A.U.R.A. DIAGNOSTIC: Avant-garde Artificial Intelligence technology that creates an artificial immune system for an engineering asset: non-intrusive diagnostics without interfering with the availability of the vehicles.
A.U.R.A. LOGS: Alarm management system developed to manage warnings and alarms presented in the HMI of vehicles, considering aspects such as alert criticality, historic behavioural patterns and potential maintenance issues.
A.U.R.A. LUBE: Online tribology portal where lubricated equipment data inputs lead directly to te determination fo machinery degradation and the early detection of faults.
