• DESIGN. From conceptual design up to 3D rendered views, providing build-to-order solutions, and modular solutions.

• ENGINEERING. Development of 3D detail engineering, including the analysis of interference and interfaces with other elements of the coach, performance of finite analysis (FEA) and use of engineering laboratory for research and development of new products and materials.

• MATERIALS MANAGEMENT. Within this link the total quality, purchasing and logistics management are encompassed. The management of product quality is one of the key parts in the chain, since it depends on the satisfaction and comfort of the end user. Worldwide purchases, agreements with strategic partners and the actual control of the entire supply chain of products, enable the company to obtain optimal quality-price ratios. Logistics management is crucial, since one of the competitive advantages of COLWAY FERROVIARIA, S.L. is delivering to its customers modular assembly kits, complete and ready for installation.

• TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE. The company provides on-site technical support to assist customers in all phases of product assembly. On the other hand, it also offers the possibility of organizing production at customer’s sites, through plant lay-out studies, work station studies and customized training. Finally, it provides after-sales service, encompassing therein the maintenance and warranty of products delivered.
