ARDANUY is an engineering and architecture consulting company specialized in studies, projects, work management and technical support for railways, undergrounds, trams, construction, electromechanic systems and the energy field: electrical engineering and hydrocarbons, telecommunications, environment, waste management and industry.

ARDANUY operates mainly in Spain, where it has offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville and Tenerife; South America: Chile, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Africa: Morocco, Algeria, Egypt, Southafrica; Central and Eastern Europe: Poland, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic. ARDANUY currently has 4 subsidiary companies: one in Lithuania (UAB Ardanuy Baltic) in Poland (Ardanuy Polska Sp. z.o.o.) in India, and in Morocco. Some projects have been developed under the frameworks of the following programmes: ISPA, PHARE and TACIS, and the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) with the support of Ardanuy's office in Brussels.

The large diversity of technological disciplines and projects, in which ARDANUY has shown its efficiency, is the best example of the strength with which is capable of undertaking the most varied technological challenges.

It has always been supported both by the training of its professional workers as well as investment in Research and Development, to which it dedicates each year more than 10% of working hours. It is be worth highlighting the following relevant projects:

- RailPower and Traccio25kV, software to carry out electrical variable studies for railway lines supplied with a continuous and alternative electric current, respectively.
- AutoElec, application to automatically position the elements of the contact aerial line along the railway route.
- RailTraffic, software for studies of capacity, simulations of train circulations on a railway network (maximum number of trains, time between trains, journey times).
- InfoProject, system of documental management for the implementation fo engineering projects.
